On a late summer’s day in early September, Cathy and Thomas married in the village of Fittleworth, West Sussex. The service took place at St Mary’s Church, followed by a marquee reception at Cathy’s parent’s home.
From the initial creative brief, we knew we were truly blessed to be a part of this special occasion. What a privilege it turned out to be.
Soft nudes, dusky pinks and latte were the chosen colour palette for Cathy and her bridesmaids. Roses, herbs and silver foliage’s would also be reflected in the church designs. Large urns adorned the front of the Church filled with roses, grasses and cascading ferns, all of which created both texture and movement. Relaxed and wild style pew ends together with long flowing ribbons gave an elegant and romantic feel.
To the reception and a welcome entrance that can only be described as every florist’s dream. A full floral arch of seasonal blooms. Including Dahlias, Cosmos & Scabious. Vibrant pops of colour throughout. Corals, blues, raspberry, pinks and peaches. It’s fair to say this was a highlight for the Eden Blooms team. To be able to use our creativity on something that would feature so prominently throughout this stunning wedding was incredibly exciting. Lola Rose Photography captured this so beautifully with her incredible and unique style.
The marquee provided by Arabian tents was simply exquisite both in design and structure. Beautiful wooden frames and draping floral fabric that had been lovingly selected by the bride. The flowers were there to compliment. Low urn arrangements of Garden Roses, Scabious, Cornflower, Nigella, Purple Basil and Lemon Geranium featured throughout. Styled with succulent pots, dinner candles and tea lights gave an opulent feel. The incredible team at Jacaranda provided the catering for the day, providing the most inspiring menu.
Each wedding we are blessed to create always ignites our passion for what we do and bringing our client's vision to life. This was no exception and one we will most definitely remember for a long time to come.
